Dear landlord,
I live at one of your apartment or house I have several conches. But I have too many problems for your apartment. First my doorbell is no working, if somebody comes to look for me. Use the doorbell, I can’t hear that people who are calling me. Next problem is your apartment internet is bad, when I use the computer; the internet sometimes works and sometimes does not work. I feel angry.
I go to look for landlord, I tell for him: “I want to you call someone to fix my doorbell, internet and light.” Tell for him my house number. The landlord tell for me waiting for one week he find somebody go to fix. If you don’t want to fix our house we’ll now of your house or don’t pay your rent.
Dear landlord,
I’m going to complain a few things in my house that you didn’t fix. Do you remember you suppose to come fix our toilet and our bathroom because it was broken and the toilets keep leaking. The effects are we cannot use that bathroom anymore and we have to go use the other bathroom. We keep take turn using it. The bathroom is leaking and it is leaking all the way downstairs. It wet all the carpet and it wet all our couch, also the carpet and the couch is stink, we have to wash it so it won’t stink.
I want you to come and fix our toilet or find someone to come fix our toilet because we want to use that bathroom, we don’t want to take turn using anymore. I give you one month to fix it, you have to come and ix our toilet because we want to use that bathroom. I also want you to call the plumber to come and change the old toilet to the new one so it won’t stink and nasty. Also it look like an old fashion bathroom and stink, no one want to go use that bathroom anymore, even our cousin don’t even want to use that bathroom and it embarrassing us.
I want you to come before its one month. If you don’t come, I’m going to tell the health deployment to take you to court, so we can settle these problems. If you don’t want that, can you please come or ask some plumber to come fix our toilet and fix the bathroom because we don’t want that bathroom to be stink until we get out of this house. If you come I’ll pay you the money and I won’t gong to tell the health deployment, so you won’t go to court. Its up to you, what are you going to do, that’s all I have to said.

Dear landlord,
I live at one of your house. I have several concerns the door, window, and closet door was broken. My sister threw the rock to my brother but he can’t caught so it go through the door so it broken. My sister open the window so it just broken. I open the closet door in my room so it just broken. If the door and window was broken so at night it will be cold because the winds come through the window.
Also, the electricity is not working. The thing that affects me and my family is that when my family wants to use electricity like watching T.V. or use oven to cook doesn’t work. Also, the window is broken. Affect me because I sleep near the window that the fly comes and biting me.
If you want us to pay your house you have to come and fix all the things that I have told you to do. You have to hires to people or pay to people to fix all the things that I have told you. You have to come and hire to people to fix the broken window so when at night the fly can’t come.
You have to come and fix. By two week, from now by two week you have not hire to people to fix and company then we’ll not pay you. Also, people won’t come and live in your house.

I live at one of your apartments. I have several concerns. The problems are many of your apartment toilets are broken. Some don’t flush and other overflow. There are ants, spider, and mice in your apartment. And also the heater is not working. These problems are getting worse each day because you haven’t fixed these problems.
When our toilets are broken, we have to go to other apartment and use their bathroom. When ants, spider, and mice get in our kitchen, they can get in our food and it’s not healthy if we eat it. When it’s winter, it’s getting cold because the heater is broken.
If you fix the toilets, then could save money water bill because it work better and also call someone to fix the heater. You could call the exterminator to kill the ants, spider, and mice on our kitchen. This is your best chance to fix these problems.
If you don’t fix these problems by this month than we will call to the heath department.

Hello! I live at one of your house. Sometimes in my house the drain won’t work because the inside was broke. Also, in my house won’t have blind. My parent has to buy those blind. You don’t remember to come fix the door on the garage because the garage is not moving and my car won’t come out and I have no ride to school.
My heater is not working and at night when we sleep we’re cold. Also, my sink in the bathroom not working properly because the drain won’t have a lot of water come out. I want you to tell the plumber come fix the heater, garage, and the sink. I want you to give us a blind and we’ll pay you money for the rent and everything in my house was working. You have to fix all this things, I had told you to do by two week from now or we will not pay you money.

Do you remember you need to come and fix our sink because it’s not working and the water didn’t come out. Can you please come and fix it because we need it. The effect is that we need to use for cook and also for washing our dishes.
You fix our sink because is not work for wash hand or cooking. Then help to fix the shower cause no water they tell us the little rock block the water. We need the landlord to open and take out the little rock away.
Our window is broken we need the landlord come to fix. If something broke call the landlord help us to fix the stair. Our heat is not working winter time is cold I need a heat to warm to help my family. I want they to come to fix the light in the bathroom.
You come to fix toilet and light in the shower are nasty. If you not fix your apartment people might be live in your apartment. If you won’t come to fix toilet or shower in two week. I will call the health department to report these issues.

I live in one of your apartments. I have severals concers that I have to tell you. One of my windows is brake. And the toiled dosend work and the AC is brake.
When I turn on the light the other people can see inside. And I don’t like that the people look inside my apartment. In the night it gets cold inside the house. And my kids get sick.

I live one of your apartments; I will complain a few things in my house. The ventilator keeps making noise, lights is broken, sink are leaking, and also there cockroaches in my house too. The effect s is that my family we can’t sleep when the ventilator keeps making noise, when we turn off the light then there was cockroaches every where in the kitchen and my parent cant get enough to sleep because they had to wake up to kill the cockroaches. Also the sink is leaking and we can’t wash the dishes.
I would like you to fix this problem, first I want you to hire someone to fix the ventilator so it won’t make noise, and also I want you to hire someone that know how to fix the sink to fix it so we can use the sink and it wont leaking, and also fix the lights. Also I want you to call the exterminator to kill the cockroaches in my house.
If you fix this problem then you will save some money water bill because they work better and it will have more people to live in your apartment but if you don’t fix the problem then people would not like to live in your apartment and also you have to clean your apartment ,and also change to new stuff. I live at one of your apartments I have several concerns .there are cockroaches in the apartments and the air conditioner is broken. The toilet is also broken. The cockroaches are every where in the house because is it not good for out the air conditioner is broken so in the summer time is it very stuffing to my kids in the house because my kids is it to little. I live at one of your apartment. I have several concerns to complain. For example, part of my roof is leaking and one of the lights is not working. Also the other neighbors are using the laundry every night instead of using at day time.
Our roof is leaking and we always using a bucket to hold the dripping water because if we don’t use bucket the carpet will be soak and smell. This is not healthy to my family. The light is not working and makes it hard to work and walk in the house. The can cause problem to my family because some of us can trip and hurt ourselves. Finally, some of the neighbor kept using the laundry every night and we can’t sleep because of the noise. If we don’t get enough sleep we can’t wake up early in the morning to go to school or work.
I suggest that you hire a roofer to fix our roofing. Second hire an electrician to fix our light. Finally talk to the people who using the laundry room every evening tell them to use the laundry room every evening.
If you hire a roofer to fix our roofing then the good thing for that is we will not use the bucket to hold the dripping water. If you hire an electrician to fix our light the good thing for that is we can’t easy and we will not hurt our selves. Then you need to talk to the person who using the laundry room every evening. Tell them to use the laundry room at day time so we can’t sleep at night and we can wake up early in then morning to go to school and work. If you do this we willing to pay the rent on time because we are living in a comfortable and clean building.
We are giving you a week to fix this problem but we aren’t saying to you that will fix this immediately, but we want you to start this problem. If you don’t we are going to call the health department to repot these issues. We expecting you response.

I live at one of your apartment. I have a few problems about your apartment. The water heater is not working. I don’t have warm water for body wash and use. So now, I am using electric rod to make the water warm for using. Secondly, your phone line is very not good. Sometimes it work very well, but sometimes it keep having static. This is a big problem to me. Because when I call my friends, I can’t hear them well. Also it affects the internet, because the internet is connecting the phone line. Final, the roof is leaking. I have to take a barrel to hold the water drop. However, I mostly worry about the roof will falls down and I die.
I hope you do the following thing to fix these problems. First hire a roofer to mend the roof. Then call repair person to fix the water heater. Finally, call a professional worker to check the phone line.
If the roof, water heater, and phone line gets fixed, more people will rent your apartment. You will save money of gas and power. Also you will get less complaint of those problems. And your tenant will feel safety with not leaking roof.
We are hoping you to solve these problems, it is depending of you. We are giving you a week to working on these problems. Also we don’t want to see you at court or health department to enforce you to fixing. We expect have a responsibility response.

Dear Landlord,
I live at one of your house. I have several concerns complain that your washer and dryer don’t working, the faucet doesn’t have hot water, and your carpets are too old and dirty. Also, your toilet is not flushing. I will give you two weeks to fix it. You suppose come to fix it, if you want us to pay our rent.
The first reason why you supposed comes to fix the washer and dryer that don’t work because it affects me and my family. We have to go to the Laundromat to wash and dry our clothes and we also have to pay money too. If you want your tenants to pay rent, you supposed come to fixed things that are broken or its not working. If you don’t come to fix it, then your tenants won’t pay their rent.
The second reason why you suppose come to fix the faucet that don’t have hot water it’s because when we take a shower the water was too cold, we cant take a shower. Also, when we need hard water it was very hard for us to get hot water. We need to heat water so it takes much longer time to get hot water.
The last reason why you supposed comes to fix the toilet and install new carpets. The toilet is not flushing, when my family need to use bathroom it’s very hard for us because the toilet is not flushing. The carpets are too old and dirty if our cousins come to visit us, and then they might think that we are lazy, not clean our floor and clean environment. For example, if you clean your carpets or install a new carpets and then people might want to live in your house. If you don’t than people don’t want to live in your house.
