In this book, Grandfather’s journey, Allen Say writes about North America. He traveled by the boat because he wants to see the new world when he was young men. Author shows the theme of discovering new things by using imagery and characterization.
The author uses the imagery to show the theme of discovering new things. For example on page 8 he writes rocks like enormous sculptures. Its makes me remember when I was watching movie about desert like another example on page 14 he writes the lonely seacoast and its makes me remember when I went to lake for swimming with my cosines it was really fun. For example he wrote on page 15 new world its makes me remember when I was came to America this country was new for me.
The author uses the characterization to show the theme of discovering new things for example on page 28 Author wrote “California is my favorite places in north America and its makes me remember when I saw the great America and it is my favorite place in U.S.A. In other example author wrote on page 19 he takes his family to japan and its makes me remember when my whole family was came to America.
In this book Author is writing about a journey a men’s journey that saw the North America I noticed some things about grandfather like he like to traveled a lot that’s why when he get back to his homeland and he was telling his story about journey to his friends and was laughing and really happy like me and I like to travel a lot. I’ll pray to God he’ll give me that kind of journey I’ll never let it go.

In his book, grandfather’s journey say write about find out to see new thing, Allen grandfather journey say explored by boat, train and walk. He show new thing by using imagery characterization.

The author show theme of discover new thing used imagery and characterization. For example, on page 8, he writes deserts with rocks like enormous sculptures. It makes me remember. When I live in Thailand my brother and I. we are going to mountain. I saw many things and new that is beautiful and different. I saw deserts with rocks enormous in Thailand.

By using imagery, the author shows the theme of discovering new things. For example, on page 4, the author says “rock like enormous sculpture.” This reminds me of every deserts or dry lands I had come to have same rocks at the place author talks about.

And on page 11, he writes, “mountains and rivers as clear as the sky”. This makes me remember when I lived in a ranch and the river was next to my house and the mountains behind my house.

The author uses characterization to show the theme of discovering new things. For example on page 12, “grandfather meets many different people”. This makes me remember when I came to U.S. and I meet many people from other countries. And on page 8, grandfather thinks desert with rocks and enormous sculptures are amazing”. This makes me remember when I traveled to Zacatecas because there is a big desert.

It is important to discover new things because you learn many different experiences. It help us to became opened our mind.

Soccer is a fun sport between two teams.

Snowboard
I saw that snowboard is a sport practiced by many young people who like the adrenaline. This sport is the combination of acrobatics in the air with difficult body movements. You want to use the correct equipment in this sport. People make completions in places where it snows. I have a cousin that practices this sport because my cousin loves the sport ever since he was young I have also wanted to like him because he made it look easy but it is very difficult and really needs a lot of courage.
Snowboarding looks like skateboarding or wakeboarding. A rider rides the snowboard down a hill in snow and performs tricks. I think that the snowboard secures both feet on the snowboard travels down a steep hill tom gather speed and the does a series of tricks, climbing the sides of a U-shaped ski ramp called half pipe.
In the competitions to win the peoples that participate need boards to preform tricks that are judged the rider with the highest score wins. Boards are judged on the degree of difficulty of the moves and how well they completed the moves and the artistry or creativity of the moves
Snowboard people that need to be secures they use the correct equipment for example the rider uses the boots used by the rider to strop his/herself on to the snowboard also the helmet is warned by board for the protection the goggles are warned for protection for the eyes to ensure that the boarder can see through falling snow during the completion.
Snowboarding has many moves that is used in the competition. Snowboard moves backside 180 other like 360 or allies. I this sport ling is big air a big jump with good hang time
I think that snowboard is a sport very interesting and fun and now I can look more my cousin me like the snow now I go practice the sport I love

Soccer
Soccer is one of the active sports play in the world it takes a lot of effort to play soccer.
Soccer has many ways to play in order to win soccer is generally played outdoors on a grass field each team has a net at their end of the field the object of game is to get score more goals than the other team by kicking a soccer ball into the net each team has 11 players but only the goalie on each team can use his hand the ball the other players mostly use their feet but can use all parts of their body except their hands and arms to pass the ball to team mates and set up scoring.
The origin of football or soccer can be found in every corner of geography and Chinese Japanese Italy Greek Persian Viking and many more payers a ball game long before our era the Chinese play soccer games date as far back as 3000 years ago and also all the people likes soccer because soccer makes people strong and makes people happy. And soccer healthy for people they makes stronger.
Soccer only English speaking people have that kind of soccer in the other country they don’t know about soccer like Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India. Some countries has deferent games like Pakistan and India have a game called cricket America don’t have this game like soccer some countries have soccer and some countries have not soccer.
A lot people like soccer specially boys, boys like a lot soccer. I don’t why they like soccer that much Luther Burbank has soccer team it is a really god team soccer like I said the origin of football and soccer can be found in every corner of geography and Chinese, Japanese etc these countries have good players soccer team. Badminton I go to tell about badminton game. The badminton game has two games. One game in other side. On another play against another. Each game has three people. The racket can be made of various materials. It should have crossed strings and a flat hitting surface and has a maximum length of 26.75 in chess. The first or pair to score 15 points wins the game and the first to win two games wins the match. When bird is floated into a player time to unleash a powerful overs and shot straight to the floor of the opposing court. The bird into play points by play for points. I chose this game because this game is no harm and fun. This game is lightly. You are not using your energy to play this game. It’s hard to find people to joint in the game.
