I will us imagination.
I would use the self-talk when I’m doing a hard test. So I can have confidence to finish the test.
I will use self-talk because I don’t talk a lot.
I’m going to use imaginations to not do I don’t want to do.
I will use self talk to keep my self going.
I would use distraction to work on my self control because I had already used it many times already.
I’ll think that the candy or food is only a picture because it stops me from thinking about it.
I would choose imagination. because I will imagine it is a monster so i won’t eat the candy.

I should pick self-talk.Because I could do math by self-talk to my self.
I will pretend the candy is fake .It is a decoration.I will eat it when someone says its OK than ill enjoy it.
The last time I perseverance is when I was learning how to swim and then when I grew bigger I could stand on my feet. Then when I was learning how to swim in the 5th feet I keep on trying and trying until I knew how to swim in the 5th feet.
I would use self talk, so I can believe in myself to accomplish my goal or test.
Have you ever been shy when it is your first time going to school.When it was my first time going to school I was shy.The way I made friends is by talking to them and getting to know them better.
I think that people that do activities they eat less candy and concentrate on that activity instead of eating candy.
I would use the 2nd one because it will help me stop thinking about eating.

I like marshmallow because they look like soft pallows they feel squashy and they taste good to me.

The computer distracted me from eating the skittles. It showed me how to be patient………..
I will imagine the skittles taste like a fly but they had sugar inside the skittle.

When I was on the computer I did not know that I was still eating the candy. I was very busy doing my work and in stead of focusing on my candy. so that is what happen when I was on the computer.
I think one of those could help me by imagination.

In the next year the following method that I will use is either imagination or positive thinking.
I’ll try the imagination skill so I won’t be tempted to eat all the candy my mom buys.

It is important because if it weren’t important there would still be segregation.
I thank that the boys and girls was very smart becuse
they did not eat it and if that was me i wed not eat it becuse
i wont to get good grads.
Yes I do because it must be frustrating to go through what they had to go through. While they were going through that they had to have a lot of self-control. Self-control was really important if they did not have self thy could of done something wrong.
