I would use the self-talk when I’m doing a hard test. So I can have confidence to finish the test.

The last time I perseverance is when I was learning how to swim and then when I grew bigger I could stand on my feet. Then when I was learning how to swim in the 5th feet I keep on trying and trying until I knew how to swim in the 5th feet.

When I was on the computer I did not know that I was still eating the candy. I was very busy doing my work and in stead of focusing on my candy. so that is what happen when I was on the computer.

Yes I do because it must be frustrating to go through what they had to go through. While they were going through that they had to have a lot of self-control. Self-control was really important if they did not have self thy could of done something wrong.
