What is risk? Here is one definition from the Macmillan dictionary:
the possibility that something unpleasant or dangerous might happen
Example: Most major changes involve some risk.

A risk is something you do to risk your life.for example a risk is like if someone tells you not to go out side because their shooting and lets say you go and you get shot all up and your in the hospital you took the risk and you know that they were shooting and you know that you were going to be in the hospital you took that risk and look at you you took the biggest mistake of your life they told you their shooting and you just took the biggest risk of your life.That is a risk to me.
