I really enjoyed meeting all of you and I had a great time. I hope that it was informative and fun for you too.
First, look at the left for links to the planning wikis I use for primary grades. Below that are online professional development resources. As promised, I will convey to the district that you all would like to be able to get 18 hour credit for online professional development. This will be a hands on session on using Kidspiration and Inspiration Mind Mapping software on November 5, 2008 from 4 – 6 p.m.

Inspiration is a computer-based visualization tool that can help you develop and scaffold higher-order thinking in your classroom. Kidspiration is a version of the software intended for use by primary students. If you are looking for a way to make handouts that are more than a worksheet, these are excellent tools. You can also add sounds, photos, and videos quickly and easily.
